Reception staff were excellent treating customers. They were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing, not a buffet but a lot of options. Very nice and quiet place to eat. Santiago, one of the receptionist, it is notable that he loves his job. Even though, the other ones did their job very well as well. Room very comfortable.

I only stayed one night to watch Real madrid match, and there is a direct bust from the hotel to the stadium, the room is so comfy and spacious and the bathroom is just amazing and there was a mirror with anti fog and lights on the sides, staff was amazing as well, checkin and check out were super fast an easy 10/10 I would visit again

The staff was incredibly helpful, the place was so comfy and the location is incredible if you are coming from the airport and planning to go to IFEMA as it was our case. The closest metro/underground is around 3 minutes walking and well communicated with the city center. We will repeat for sure ! Thank you for everything!

Well located Hotel, because you are fast at the airport in 15 mins with a taxi or 20-25 mins with the metro. Also acceptable traveltime to the center with the Metro nearby which was about 30 mins starting at the hotel.
